Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect new condition. Garments must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@natureshumclothing.com. We will assess the state of the order and start the process of the return, if appropriate. All further instructions will come through this email conversation. As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of refund shipping and thank you for understanding this is the responsibility of the consumer.
Please do not send us return garments without contacting us first, we will not accept unknown packages, they will be deemed as "lost" product and will no longer valid for refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All Clearance or Archive Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
